On October 17, 2022, Ms. Miller voted NO on water meter reading and water billing technology improvements.  This project is estimated to save taxpayers up to $27,000 per year, allow residents to receive their water bills faster, save 12 days of City Treasurer time, and save 24 days of DPW time, providing more time for the DPW workers to address resident issues.  The savings associated with these improvements would cover the full cost of the project in a few short years.  Ms. Miller voted NO on this project.  For more details, click here (Item 7d).
