Ms. Miller has exhibited a variety of shocking, inappropriate, and unethical behavior.

• Ms. Miller’s toxic behavior has led to the resignation of multiple staff members, resulting in huge expenditures in taxpayer dollars, low morale, lost productivity and reduced services to residents.  Click here for more details.

• Ms. Miller has violated the Ethics Ordinance on multiple occasions by releasing confidential information to the public.  In one example, she publicly outed a resident for filing a Freedom of Information Act request.  In another example, she disclosed City staff salary information over social media.  Click here for more details.

• Ms. Miller consistently shows disrespectful behavior towards Council and staff.  In one example, Ms. Miller callously responded to a police Sergeant who had been through a horrific experience, and when this was pointed out to Ms. Miller, she rudely lashed out at the City Administrator.  Click here for more details.
